They hope to have these issues resolved in the near future. The developers are aware that some customers are having issues using Nik Collection with this latest version of Photoshop, and they are currently working on compatibility issues for these customers. At this time, Adobe Photoshop 2022 is not officially supported for use with the Nik Collection apps. Seth (Support & Assistance) Nov 3, 2021, 4:46 PM GMT+1 Hello Michael, Thank you for writing. Three days ago I downloaded the Nick plugin and not only didn't it work in my latest version of Photoshop but it crashed my Windows 10 system and I had to do a repair install. Once the software I have becomes obsolete, I will move over to their better known rival like most of my photographer colleagues already have.Ī Windows 10 crash and no reply from support. I cannot recommend this company or their products any longer and definitely advise anyone in the market to avoid them. But now they are unwilling to be reasonable and salvage a relationship with a paying customer. I bought DxO Photolab 3 and less than a month later, they released version 4 and I was able to upgrade with no hassle. One reason I went with them instead of Adobe, is because it was supposed to be a lifetime license you only had to purchase once. I contacted support about it, and was told that they would only honor upgrades if you purchased on or after 5/20/21 and that they would make no exceptions to this policy. Today, they released a new version of it, Nik 4, and when I logged into my account to upgrade, I was instead given the option to purchase a paid upgrade for $60. One I recently purchased just 16 days ago. I have two products offered by this company.
